Bio:
While in law school, Paul Hayden was review editor for the Federal Communications Law Journal. After graduating, he went on to clerk for the Honorable Dorothy W. Nelson, United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. He has held positions as an associate with Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, Los Angeles; as law clerk to the Honorable J. Spencer Letts, United States District Court, Central District of California; associate with Boren, Sloan & Rosen in Los Angeles; and as professor at Indiana University School of Law. He is the author or co-author of two casebooks and numerous law review articles on the subjects of torts, legal ethics, and legal education. Hayden has been a member of the Loyola's full-time faculty since 1995.
